About the Journal

Journal of Food Technology and Plantation Industry or abbreviated as LIPIDA is a periodic scientific journal published by the Ketapang State Polytechnic Journal Management twice a year. The manuscript submission process is open throughout the year. All submitted manuscripts will be carefully and thoroughly reviewed before being accepted for publication. Journal of Food Technology and Plantation Industry is a medium for publishing research articles and case studies (limited to a few cases that are interesting and have new value).
