Examination of Deflection and Cracking in Classroom 1A's Concrete Structures: a Case Study and Retrofit Approaches

Penelitian ini menekankan pada pelat dan balok lantai dua, dan melakukan penyelidikan mendalam terhadap pembengkokan dan retakan yang terjadi pada struktur beton Ruang Kelas 1A di SDIT Auliya Balikpapan. Pada bangunan bertingkat, defleksi berlebihan dan lebar retakan kritis dapat secara serius mengancam kelayakan fungsi, kenyamanan pengguna, dan integritas struktural [1], [2]. Keadaan struktur saat ini dievaluasi secara rinci menggunakan kombinasi analisis Metode Elemen Hingga (FEM) dengan LISA FEA dan teknik Pengujian Non-Destruktif (NDT), seperti Pengujian Kecepatan Pulsa Ultrasonik (UPV), Pengujian Lebar Retak, Pengujian Pemindai Baja Tulangan, dan Pengujian Palu Schmidt. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa meskipun sebagian besar balok memiliki lebar retak dan defleksi yang dapat diterima, lantai kedua memiliki defleksi yang signifikan sebesar 30 mm, yang melebihi batas 19,44 mm yang diizinkan oleh SNI 2847:2019 [3], [4], dan beberapa balok (R1.B1, R1.B2, dan R2.B4) juga memiliki lebar retak yang melebihi batas 0,41 mm [5], [6]. Selain itu, analisis FEM menunjukkan konsentrasi tegangan pada pelat yang melebihi kekuatan tekan nominal beton. Untuk memulihkan keamanan struktural dan ketahanan jangka panjang gedung kelas, disarankan untuk menerapkan solusi retrofitting menggunakan Fiber Reinforced Polymer (FRP), disertai dengan pemantauan berkelanjutan dan kemungkinan evaluasi ulang kriteria desain.
