Abstrak

The need for an information system that is able to support optimal data management is important for companies, including Harlan Jaya Wood Warehouse which is engaged in storing wood with various types and sizes. The process of recording and managing wood stock at Harlan Jaya Wood Warehouse is still done manually, which often causes obstacles such as data inconsistencies and data damage. To overcome these problems, this study aims to design and build a web-based wood inventory information system by adopting the Waterfall framework as a software development method. Each stage of development, from needs analysis, system design, implementation, to testing, is managed systematically using the ClickUp project management application. The use of ClickUp aims to improve project management and transparency in the documentation of work progress. The final result of this study is an inventory information system that is able to support real-time recording and monitoring of wood stock, and has a positive impact on company operations. The implementation of the Waterfall framework has been proven to provide a clear and measurable work structure in the system development process.
