Perancangan dan Implementasi Sistem Informasi Manajemen Karyawan Berbasis Web pada Yayasan As Salafy Kuala Pembuang

Abstrak

As Salafy Foundation is a private educational institution consisting of kindergarten and elementary school levels. At the end of each period (monthly), the foundation conducts employee payroll processing and prepares salary reports as accountability to the foundation’s leadership. However, the payroll recording and calculation processes currently implemented still rely on Microsoft Word and Excel, which are not integrated with each other, causing frequent delays in salary processing. To address this issue, the author designed a teacher payroll information system. In this design, the author utilized PHP and MySQL as web-based programming technologies. The proposed application is expected to provide several conveniences for the foundation in inputting data, as well as assist in generating payroll reports more quickly and efficiently. Based on this, it can be concluded that there is a need to develop an updated information system for teacher payroll at SDIT An-Najiyah under the As Salafy Foundation.
