PUBLICATION POLICY
RIGID : Journal of Research and Inovation in Civil Engineering as Applied Science recognizes that plagiarism is unacceptable and therefore establishes the following policy stating specific actions (penalties) when plagiarism is identified in an article submitted for publication in RIGID : Journal of Research and Inovation in Civil Engineering as Applied Science
Definition:
Plagiarism is the act of intentionally or unintentionally obtaining or trying to obtain credit or value for a scientific work, by citing part or all of the work and / or scientific work of other parties that are recognized as scientific works, without stating the source appropriately and adequately.
For that, then:
Articles must be original, have never been published, and not be in the process of awaiting publication elsewhere.
Material taken verbally from other sources needs to be clearly identified so that it differs from the original text.
If plagiarism is identified, the Editor-in-Chief is responsible for reviewing the article and will approve actions according to the level of plagiarism detected, with the following guidelines:
Plagiarism Rate :
1. Plagiarizing a few short sentences from another article without mentioning the source. Action: Theauthor is given a warning and a request to change the text and quote correctly.
2. Plagiarized most of the other articles without proper citations and did not mention the source. Action: The submitted article is rejected for publication in the INJECTION Journal and the author may be sanctioned not to be llowed publication in the JInjection: Indonesian Journal of Vocational Mechanical Engineering
All article authors are responsible for the content of the articles they submit because they all sign the Publication Ethics Statement Form at RIGID : Journal of Research and Inovation in Civil Engineering as Applied Science . If the article is classified as plagiarism, then all authors will be subject to the same action.
If the author is proven to submit a manuscript to the RIGID : Journal of Research and Inovation in Civil Engineering as Applied Science by simultaneously submitting it to other journals, and overlaps are found during the reviewer process or after publication, then action is given according to point 2 above.
If plagiarism is found outside the rules above, theRIGID : Journal of Research and Inovation in Civil Engineering as Applied Science has the right to provide sanctions according to the editor's team's policy
