Abstract

In  RT 03 RW 17 japanan village of there are three food stall traders and two snack makers who set up their business. This business is considered to have the potential to see the existence of a textile factory and printing factory in the village. In observations and interviews before the activity, there were two problems experienced by food traders (1) knowledge of how to process food and (2) digital food sales technique. So the authors carry out outreach activities to increase the knowledge of food traders regarding sanitation hygiene in the processing and management of waste from the food production process and the use of digital media to help the means of selling the food products produced. The method applied is observation and observation before the activity and practical presentation and explanation related to the material presented. The result of this activity is the achievement of increased knowledge and information from traders and the use of WhatsApp media and delivery services to increase sales
