Penanaman Nilai Adversity Quotient Melalui Konsep Entreprenur Dan Digitalisasi di Panti Asuhan Taruna Melati Pematangsiantar

Abstract

The problems faced by Orphanage managers in general are certainly related to the survival of foster children both still in school and those who will graduate from high school level in financing the continuation of foster children's studies after graduation and the lack of skills of foster children in the field of multimedia capture business opportunities in the digital industry, especially for the residents of the Taruna Melati Muhammadiyah Pematangsiantar Orphanage.  The output target to be achieved is to increase the ability and creativity of the formation of fighting power through the concept of digital entrepreneurship (e-commerce). The solutions offered in this group practicum activity are comprehensive education on personal branding, then continued with the introduction of the concept of entrepreneur or entrepreneurship, income generation through digital entrepreneurship (e-commerce) and training and assistance in product and price making, promotions to marketing strategies in e-commerce using the Marketplace Platform and Social Media. The Intervention Program used in this practicum is the Mezzo Intervention by Zastrow which consists of; Preparation (with Non-Directive Approach), Intake / Engagement, Assessment, Planning, Implementation and Action Plan, Evaluation and Termination
