Pendampingan Pengelolaan Usaha Jamur Tiram Di Masa Pandemi Di Yayasan Aminah Kota Mataram

Abstract

Assistance in managing Jamur Tiram business during the pandemic at the Aminah Foundation is an implementation of community service implemented by STIE AMM Mataram lecturers. This assistance is in order to increase the group's understanding of the problems that exist in carrying out the business of managing Jamur Tiram. Problems that arise during the mentoring are problems with organizational management, business management and financial management. This has an impact on uncertain Jamur Tiram production, future business policies are unclear and this Jamur Tiram business does not yet have business legality. It is hoped that through this empowerment the output produced can help to increase productivity and also affect the welfare of the group. The results obtained from this activity are the group understands about business management, the group understands organizational management and financial management so that with this increased understanding the Jamur Tiram business can be managed properly and increase business productivity at the Aminah Foundation
